2. Who can register?

Any legal entity domiciled or headquartered in Brazil that fully meets the registration conditions, upon presentation of the documentation requested by Citrosuco.


3. Documents for approval of critical items (inputs and materials)

For the supply of items and services considered critical to our processes, a specific approval is necessary, which requires the presentation of other documents, depending on the type of material and criticality involved.


4. Can I register more than on Corporate Tax Registry (CNPJ) number?

Yes. Head office and branches can register independently.


5. Can I change the CNPJ number registered in Citrosuco profile?

No. You can only update the registration data and State Taxpayer Registry (IE). To include another CNPJ, a new registration must be made.


6. What are the payment methods of Citrosuco?

Citrosuco works with two payment options: registered payment slip and current account credit (preferred banks: Itaú, Bradesco and Banco do Brasil).

To choose the option of credit in account, a document with the following information must be presented: legal name, CNPJ, bank, branch and bank account (E.g., check sheet or bank statement).

As additional information, Citrosuco concentrates its payments always on days 10, 20 and 30 of each month.


7. As a supplier, can you be considered a “Related Party”?

If your company has directors, partners or shareholders that have a degree of kinship with the shareholders or senior management of the Citrosuco Group and its parent companies (Fischer Group and Votorantim Group), your company is considered a “Related Party”.
