Internship Program

Citrosuco's Internship Program is called "#semear". This program provides opportunities for talented young people who are seeking to start their professional careers in a multinational company.

It is one of the main entry points for young employees, and there are vacancies in the agricultural, industrial and administrative areas.

Selection Process

The selection process is based on the existing vacancies. Hiring occurs at the beginning and in the middle of the year.



Enrolled in the penultimate or final year of a university undergraduate course;

Available to work at least three days a week for a period from one to two years;

Advanced level of English is desirable.



In order to train and prepare the intern for his/her professional career, the program is structured on three development pillars:


Knowledge of the business

Visits, technical training and structured discussions with managers.


Departmental projects and work routine

Project management training, definition of a project, involvement in working groups and experience in the department's ​​routine work activities.


Performance evaluation

Structured evaluations and feedback
