    Value Chain

    Phase 1

    Agricultural

    Seedling production

The right combination in seedling production ensures quality, resilience, and productivity. It is the first step toward a successful orchard.

    Soil preparation

Roots grow in search of water and nutrients. Fertile soil provides sustenance for strong, healthy trees.

    Planting and Cultivation

In prepared and fertilized soil, we plant seedlings that will become the next generation of our orchards.

    Sustainable orchard management

We care for the orchards with ethics and responsibility. We carry out nutrition, pruning, irrigation, and pest and disease control, among other cultivation practices.

    Farm-to-factory
    transport

Our oranges are loaded and transported from the farms to the factories. Many growers also help supply the raw material for our business.

    Harvest

Orange by orange, with each grove harvested at the right time, our fruit is carefully picked.

    Phase 2

    Industry

    Unloading

Upon arrival at the factory, the fruit is unloaded, sorted, washed, and graded.

    Processing

The juice is extracted, filtered, and pasteurized. Oil is also extracted from the peel. The pulp, peel, and seeds are used to manufacture specific ingredients. Nothing from the orange goes to waste!

    Storage

Until they are transported, the juice and ingredients are carefully stored in accordance with the recommendations for each type of juice, always with a focus on quality.

    Phase 3
