The Board of Directors acts as a long-term strategic guide for Citrosuco, ensuring alignment between shareholder guidelines and business management. Composed of 10 members — 5 appointed by shareholder Votorantim and 5 by shareholder Fischer —, the Board plays a key deliberative role.

These committees meet regularly to validate strategic guidelines and oversee business progress across their respective areas: Audit, ESG, People, Finance, and Related Parties.
