Supplier Registration: Step-by-Step

If you are interested in becoming our partner in supplying fruit to our processing facilities, please contact one of our regional offices and we will be happy to assist you throughout the process

1) Supplier Registration Desk

The documents listed alongside are required for the qualification process and are essential for a supplier to become our partner. Note: A specific qualification process is required for the supply of items and services considered critical to our operations.

  • Bylaws and minutes of the election of current directors, or the current Articles of Association and the latest amendment;
  • Clearance certificates (SRF/INSS and FGTS);
    SERASA report;
  • Registration and status inquiry with the Federal Revenue Service;
  • SINTEGRA inquiry;
  • ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949 certificates, self-assessment questionnaire, ISO 14001 certificate, and other documents demonstrating compliance with environmental and quality regulations, as applicable;

Citrosuco concentrates its payments on the 10th, 20th, and 30th of each month, via direct deposit into the supplier's checking account (preferred banks: Itaú and Banco do Brasil).

It is necessary to present proof containing the following information: company name, CNPJ (tax ID), bank, branch, and bank account details (e.g., voided check or bank statement/declaration).

The total or partial assignment of rights and obligations from contracts entered into with third parties is prohibited without the prior and express written consent of CITROSUCO.

• Who can register?
Any legal entity domiciled or headquartered in Brazil that fully meets the registration conditions, upon submission of the documentation requested by Citrosuco.

• Documents for critical item approval (supplies and materials)
For the supply of items and services considered critical to our processes, a specific qualification process is required, which demands the submission of additional documents depending on the material type and level of criticality involved.

• Can I register more than one CNPJ?
Yes. Headquarters and branch offices can be registered independently.

• Can I change the registered CNPJ in the Citrosuco profile?
No. You can only update the registration data and State Registration (Inscrição Estadual). To include another CNPJ, a new registration must be completed.
