2030 Goals

We believe that diversity, equity, and inclusion are fundamental pillars for achieving fairer and more promising work environments.

Therefore, by 2030, we will ensure that 35% of leadership positions are held by women and 14% by Black individuals. We also aim to ensure career progression for people with disabilities, providing opportunities for learning and growth.
