What is Nutrir+?

The program is an initiative by Citrosuco in partnership with Agro Social, aimed at fostering sustainable and regenerative agriculture in the states of São Paulo, Minas Gerais, and Mato Grosso do Sul.

The results from previous editions of Nutrir+ were extraordinary, demonstrating the real impact of the acceleration process on participating organizations.

What does it mean to promote sustainable and regenerative agriculture?

According to the Rodale Institute, regenerative agriculture goes beyond sustainability by regenerating the health of soils, ecosystems, and communities, utilizing practices that capture carbon from the atmosphere and help combat climate change.

Robert Rodale was one of the leading advocates of this philosophy, which involves increasing biodiversity, avoiding the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides, and promoting social justice.

Examples of actions include:

Reduce food waste through innovative and efficient solutions.

Provide training, resources, and technologies to farmers, encouraging sustainable practices.

Support biodiversity and the sustainable use of resources, such as agroforestry and water management

Promote the use of innovative agricultural technologies and facilitate farmers' access to markets.

Why participate?

In the Nutrir+ Program, you will have the opportunity to accelerate your positive impact through access to mentors and an Institutional Development Plan focused on your enterprise's growth goals.
