The Pilar Program aims to prepare permanent employees and harvesters for the National Exam for Certification of Youth and Adult Skills (ENCCEJA).
We believe that education is the driving force for a full life filled with new possibilities, which is why we encourage people in the agricultural sector to complete their elementary and high school education!

An innovative, mobile structure that brings education directly to the workplace.
Classes are held during working hours for our employees, ensuring that everyone can participate and learn without compromising other responsibilities.
Goal 2030
Alongside Alicerce Educação, we have already impacted dozens of stories and continue with an ambitious goal: to achieve literacy for 1,000 people by 2030 and support at least 50% of them in obtaining their ENCCEJA certification.
