Our Trainee Program develops leaders prepared to strengthen the agricultural management ecosystem and accelerate Citrosuco's strategic priorities, generating positive impact across farms and building the future of citrus farming.

Hands-on Learning:

Immersion in the day-to-day of agricultural operations is the foundation of its development.

Applied Theoretical Classes:

Concepts are taught in a way that aligns with what you experience in the field.

Internal and External Mentoring

You will have the support of company leaders and industry experts to guide your growth.

Structured Development:

Technical and behavioral training to tackle real-world agribusiness challenges.

Who are we looking for?

- Academic background: Technical, associate degree, or bachelor's degree program in Agronomy, Agricultural Sciences, Citriculture, Agribusiness, Engineering, or related fields;

- Mobility: Availability to work and travel between the states of Mato Grosso do Sul, São Paulo, and Minas Gerais, in accordance with program needs in the regions where Citrosuco operates;

- Experience: At least two years of experience in agricultural activities;

- Desired Skills: Leadership, project and people management, influence, decision-making, analytical mindset, innovation, and adaptability.
