The program

#Semear, Citrosuco's internship program, lasts up to two years with real possibilities of permanent hiring starting after 1 year, building a solid development journey packed with well-structured learning tracks.

From planting to harvesting, your development will begin with a comprehensive onboarding during the first week, featuring a visit to company facilities, an introduction to our culture, and alignment of expectations.

From there, we will embark on a journey of evolution that includes:

Evaluation and Consolidation

Evaluation cycle featuring structured feedback, performance monitoring, and preparation for new challenges.

Technical Visits

Experience across various areas of the company to broaden one's perspective of the ecosystem.

Collective Projects

Development of collaborative initiatives that connect theory to practice and generate real impact.

Prerequisites

- Bachelor's, Licentiate, and Associate (technologist) degrees will be accepted;

- Expected graduation between December 2026 and December 2028;

- Availability to work 6 consecutive hours a day during business hours, totaling 30 hours per week;

- Availability for in-person or hybrid work models;
