The Board of Directors acts as a long-term strategic guide for Citrosuco, ensuring alignment between shareholder guidelines and business management. Its structure seeks to provide effective interaction between shareholders and managers, guaranteeing decisions aligned with sustainability and corporate longevity. Composed of 10 members — 5 appointed by shareholder Votorantim and 5 by shareholder Fischer —, the Board plays a key deliberative role.

The Advisory Committees integrate corporate governance to support the Board of Directors with specialized monitoring and strategic analysis. These committees meet regularly to validate strategic guidelines and oversee business progress across their respective areas: Audit, ESG, People, Finance, and Related Parties.
