Management and monitoring program

At Citrosuco, every stage of the production chain holds immense value, from planting to the distribution of our products.

For this reason, we decided to create the Management and Monitoring Program, which aims to provide you the producer with the support needed to operate in compliance with the law and avoid any labor related issues or risks.

How it works and benefits

The program is divided into two stages: on-site visits (field verification) and document analysis. We recommend that the producer participate in both stages, but this is not mandatory.

Through the program, producers will receive support from Citrosuco in understanding and complying with regulations, as well as the means to reduce potential risks associated with inadequate labor practices.

The program also aims to strengthen socio-environmental practices and develop a transparent and principled relationship between the producer and Citrosuco.

Field verification

This stage of the program is carried out with the aim of verifying:

Employees recruited from another region

Facilities

Accommodation for employees and service providers

Occupational health and safety
